Web と AI のエンジニアリングを軸に、技術で事業価値を生み出すエンジニア。AI エージェントのスタートアップ Effic で開発に携わるほか、複数の企業で AI 駆動開発のセミナー講師を務め、AI エージェントやデータ基盤の設計について助言している。九州大学大学院で数理学の修士号を取得。IIJ でインフラと IoT の開発、スカイディスクで機械学習・組合せ最適化・LLM を用いた AI 開発を経て、スタディストでは AI 開発のリードとして新規事業の立ち上げも手がけた。AI を用いた発明で特許を2件取得し、Udemy では数学とエンジニアリングの講座を配信している。

Kenji Kondo is an engineer who creates business value through web and AI engineering. Kondo works on development at Effic, an AI agent startup, teaches AI-driven development seminars for several companies, and advises on the design of AI agents and data infrastructure. After earning a master’s degree in mathematics from Kyushu University, Kondo worked on infrastructure and IoT at IIJ and on AI development with machine learning, combinatorial optimization, and LLMs at Skydisc. At Studist, Kondo led AI development and was involved in launching new businesses. Kondo holds two patents on AI-based inventions and offers mathematics and engineering courses on Udemy.
